This discography from the labels of the singer and bass player of the
Blurters is a welcome release. It contains tracks from their many previous split 7", demos and compilation efforts. It features all the greatest hits that fans of their live appearances will know and love such as PublicToilets, Pus Fuck, Teenage Fuck Machine, Why Do Hardcore Kids Go Gay,Motherfuckin Sexist Motherfucker etc. Musically the songs are anthemic slices of four chord punk rock fronted by unweildy slabs of a Gibson SG and Marshall stack and the bad attitude snarl of Jay von Blurter. Musically it
reminds me of Limecell, Wretched Ones, Murder Junkies and Anti NowhereLeague with a distinctly Australian slant (could you imagine a seppo singing a song called 'Sleeping on the Shithouse'?). It's 38 tracks with a long and
amusing White Trash Rob (Blood For Blood) styled rant/history by rock'n'roll animal guitarist Craig Edge on the inner sleeve. Highly recommended stuff. Not for PC fruits or the weak of heart.Remember, nice boys don't play rock'n 'roll.
