I only just recieved this CD the other day and have already reviwed and
included ‘Lies, damned lies...' , I thought about leaving this one for
a later date, but thought stuff it, let's add a bit more Skinflicks to
the zine.
This is the newest released from these guys, and certainly
lives up to the standards they had set for themselves in past
recordings. This one starts off with a ska sounding intro, which not
every Oi! fan will appreciate, but it makes you pay attention. Some of
the best tracks on this one are ‘Incarnation of Sin', a track about
being who you want to be and not giving a fuck about what other people
think, and ‘The Pride of Our Scene' which is of course a great one
about skingirls, not a soppy love song either ‘..she'll never be your
housewife, and there's nothing you can say, She'll always have it her
way!', some of the best lyrics a bloke has ever written. So once again
another brilliant Skinflicks release, hopefully these blokes will be
around for a damn long time.
