Gospoda Drugovi
Nordisc Records

Saht formed in Belgrade in 1989 and have released 4 albums and appeared on various compilations. This latest one, 'Gospoda Drugovi' released through Nordisc records is an interesting album. Lyrics are in Serbian, although there is the English version of the words in the booklet. Described by themselves as 'No Nazi, No Red, Just pure streetpunk' is pretty accurate. The unusual thing about this streetpunk band is they have a trumpet player, which took me by surprise, but they pull it off really well. The last bonus track 'Phunk off' is pretty much a slow, trumpet, kinda funk tune. Completely different from the previous 14 tracks which are all in your face streetpunk. Not the way most bands finish off an album, but who wants the same old stuff all the time, and it comes as a nice wind down from the rest of the album. Find it at  http://www.nordisc-records.com
