The Lurkers
26 Years
Captain Oi!
The Lurkers have been around for 26 years, and to commemorate this they
have released a brand new album through Captain Oi! Records. Not bad
album. Probably not something which I would really consider, although
having listened to it for a few days it is really a catchy album. As
punk goes it is kinda poppy punk, but not in the same vein as say
Greenday or bands like that, so don't panic. It's more rock ‘n' roll
punk. Stand out tracks were ‘Ready and Loaded' and ‘Waste of Space'.
Awesome cover art, which was done by Richie of Splodgenessabounds. And
all the lyrics are contained in the sleeve, which is always a good
