Picked this up at Heartlands Records the other day on vinyl. What a friggin score to!
These
guys remind me of bands like Sham 69, simple, basic tunes yet really
catchy and great fuckkin listening. After one or two listens you will
be singing along and getting right into it.
Nothing much new in the
lyric department, songs about drinkin, wanker politians, getting
tattooed and a great cover of Sham 69' ‘Borstal Breakout' It's good to
be able to listen to an album that isn't full of political statements
or depressing anecdotes, just lots of good fun tunes here.
I really
like the vocals from there guys too. No gruff growling and screaming
that you can't understand. If I gave ratings on albums I'd probably
give this one a 8 or 9 out of 10. Try tracking it down at www.knock-out.de
