99% of it is written in English.

There are also reviews, stuff about football and Romania and some other
bits and pieces. Comes with a free sampler CD including some of the
bands interviewed, special pics and video.
All 48 pages are professionally printed on colour gloss, and is very
nicely put together. Well worth getting a copy of this and future
issues when they come out! A lot of time and effort has no doubt gone
into this publication and it has really paid off. Great stuff!
