The first Angelic Upstarts studio LP has been re-issued by Captain Oi! along with 2 bonus tracks, 'The Murder of Liddle Towers' and 'Police Opression'. My first real introduction to the Upstarts was about 2 months ago with the 'Still From The Heart' CD, and I really never liked it at all, so when I got this one I was a bit dubious.
Although after one listen I have heard quite a different sound from the band, and one which I enjoy a lot more. A great energetic album from start to finish, and I now see why so many people are hooked on the Angelic Upstarts. Deifinitly one worth getting, Angelic Upstart fan or not. I was gonna review ‘Still From the heart;, also out on Captain Oi!, but I kinda hated it. This one is a goeer though!.
