You'll notice this forum doesn't have a Gigs section. That's because the site has a dedicated Gig listing/calender for adding gigs.

On the home page to the right you will see upcoming gigs, under that is a link for you to add more events...

It's pretty self explanitory. Problems, then post in the Help thread.

Just thought I would add here, that you are best to post gigs in the gig section, because as this forum is now viewable to logged in users only, not everyone will see the details of the gig.

80% of the traffic on the site is from users not logged in, so it makes sense to post gigs in the gig section. Feel free though to start a thread here to discuss the gig or sort out who is going etc.

please remember, follow this format for posting the gig info:

Bands Playing:
Venue: State, and location and country if it is a New Zealand one
Cost: If you know it, otherwise put 'cost unknown'
Date and Time: Obviously

And if it isn't a well known band, or its a new one, feel free to put some info on who they are.

Also, if the band is playing more that one show, please put them in as seperate listings, not all under the one.

And you can add flyers to the gig listing too. Just use the IMG tags

and if something is cancelled or altered let us know as well
